This throttle is a half twist accelerator replacement for the Engwe EP-2 Pro, EP-2 Boost, Engine X, and L20 electric bikes. The twist throttle controls motor power output by twisting the grip toward the rider — push forward to accelerate, release to coast. Throttles fail from crash damage, water ingress, or wear on the internal Hall sensor assembly. A failed throttle means no motor response, stranding the rider. This replacement matches the factory 3-pin connector, so installation is a simple unplug-and-plug swap.
