This is the replacement LCD display for the Hitway BK10S, the 48V platform. The LCD panel is the rider's instrument cluster: speed, battery state of charge, assist level, trip distance, and fault codes. On the BK10S the display is also the master switch — the system powers up through it, so a failed display takes the whole bike offline rather than just blanking a readout.
The 48V specification matters here. The display draws its supply from the bike's system voltage and reads the battery through the controller, so the unit must be specified for a 48V system and for the BK10S protocol group. A display built for a different voltage or protocol can look correct on the handlebar and still fail to boot the system.
